③ In the trial operation of the main hoist, the drill rod of the main hoist lifting control handle is operated to reciprocate up and down; when the main hoist lifting control handle is released, the drill rod should immediately stop moving and lock the position.
④ Trial operation of auxiliary hoist. Operate the auxiliary hoisting lifting control handle to lift or lower the weight. After releasing the control handle, the weight should stop moving up and down immediately and lock the position.
During the trial operation, the operator should be proficient in the structure and technical characteristics of the rotary drilling rig, and run the rotary drilling rig at a very slow speed. Extremely careful function experiments should be performed to prevent control failures and accidents that endanger personnel and equipment.
Rotary drilling rig operation process step two: construction preparation
①Equipment inspection, inject grease at each lubrication point, check hydraulic oil level; check gear oil level of winch, power head, on-board slewing reducer; check engine oil level; check if filter needs to be replaced; check drill teeth Whether it needs to be replaced, and whether the bucket opening and closing is normal.
② Confirmation of geological survey data, strata are divided into miscellaneous fill soil, cement hardened layer, clay, pebble, fine sand, medium coarse sand, and strongly weathered rock layer.
Rotary drilling rig operation process step three: drilling operation
① Rotary drilling rig is in place to ensure that the vicinity of the pile is level. Drive the rig to the side of the pile and mark the point of the auger bit with the pile. The rotary center of the rotary drilling rig is 4-4.5 meters away from the hole. When conditions permit, the luffing cylinder pushes the mast forward as far as possible, which can reduce the impact of the drilling rig's own weight and the lifting and falling alternating tension on the pile hole. Check for obstacles within the turning radius.
a) When the rig is driven to a position near the pile position, try to keep the vehicle level as far as possible. If the slope is too large, adjust the sand and gravel under the track and lock the track after the position is determined.
b) Turn on the car and operate the luffing cylinder to accurately position the position. Jog the touch screen to reset the zero button. The vertical state of the mast will be adjusted automatically. With easier alignment.
② Drilling. After breaking through the hardened cement layer, pull the main hoisting lifting handle, lift the drill and leave it a certain height, and then stop. Turn on the car turning switch to turn the car on, turn to the dumping position and stop. Pull the handle, the power head reverses and throws out the slag, removes the short auger bit, replaces the ordinary drill bucket with a reamer to continue drilling.
③Buried protective tube. When drilling to the depth of the lower protective cylinder, use the auxiliary hoist to lift the protective cylinder into the hole, and check again with the theodolite and the cross to check whether the pile position is consistent with the center of the protection. After the correction, fill the soil around the protective cylinder and tamp it. The depth gauge is set to zero when the drill tip is dropped to the center point on the upper surface of the protective cylinder.
④Drilling, while manipulating the power head for drilling rotation, put the drill rod to the bottom of the hole and press the main winch floating button to perform pressure drilling. When the drilling slag reaches a certain bucket capacity (the amount of bucket capacity is determined according to different geological conditions), the drill can be lifted.
When lifting the drill, reverse the drill rod by 1-2 turns to close the bucket door. While raising the power head, the main hoist is used to lift the drill rod and drilling tool out of the orifice, and the vehicle is turned to the soil control position. The power head is operated to open the bucket door and pour out the slag. Manipulate the car to rotate to the pile position, then reset the rotation angle to zero through the touch screen, and continue the next drilling operation.
