Most of the pile drilling machines are hydraulic transmissions, which use liquid as the medium. The mechanical energy of the prime mover is converted into the pressure energy of the liquid through the driving device, and then the hydraulic pressure energy is transmitted through the pipeline, hydraulic control and adjustment devices Control, with the help of the actuator, converts the pressure energy of the liquid into mechanical energy, and drives the load to achieve a linear or rotary motion.
The hydraulic device of the pile drilling machine is mainly composed of the following five parts:
(1) Power plant
It supplies the pressure of the hydraulic system and converts the mechanical energy output by the engine into the pressure energy of the oil, thereby driving the entire hydraulic system of the pile drill. Common hydraulic pumps are mainly divided into gear pumps, vane pumps, plunger pumps, and screw pumps.
It includes a hydraulic cylinder and a hydraulic motor to convert the pressure energy of the liquid into mechanical energy to drive the moving parts.
(3) Control and adjustment device
Including various valves, such as pressure valves, flow valves and directional valves. It is used to control the hydraulic pressure, flow rate (flow rate) and the direction of liquid flow of the hydraulic system to ensure that the actuator completes the expected working movement.
(4) Auxiliary devices
Refers to various pipe joints, tubing, fuel tanks, filters and pressure gauges. They play an auxiliary role in connecting oil storage, filtering, storing pressure energy and measuring oil pressure to ensure that the hydraulic system works reliably, stably and lastingly.
(5) Working medium
Refers to the hydraulic oil that receives pressure and transmits pressure in the hydraulic system of the pile drill.
